Supplementary terms
These terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), which applies to Another Planet when downloaded from the Apple App Store. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA or mandatory law, the Standard EULA and mandatory law control.
Using the Game
You may use Another Planet for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with the Standard EULA. You must not interfere with the Game, its purchase systems, advertising systems, security, or service providers, or attempt to obtain virtual items through fraud or unauthorized modification.
Virtual items and purchases
Boosters, revive credits, and similar items are licensed virtual content, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be consumed during gameplay. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment, refund, family, and territory rules. Eligible non-consumable entitlements may be restored; consumable items generally cannot be restored after delivery or use.
Advertising and online services
The Game may include rewarded, banner, or interstitial advertising and may use online configuration, analytics, and crash-reporting services. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region, consent, network conditions, inventory, version, and operational settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Changes and availability
We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, maintenance, or product operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
